We provide expert consultation on necessary organizational changes and deliver comprehensive mental health, soft skills and cross-cultural competence resources and training.

First, we conduct an anonymous organizational psychosocial risk assessment based on the established guidelines provided by Safe Work SA.
This thorough assessment is completed by both staff members and management to ensure a comprehensive and balanced understanding of workplace risks and specific needs.
If the risk assessment, along with our tailored recommendations, is all you are looking for, it can be efficiently completed without the necessity of proceeding to add the EAP add-on products and services.

Once the comprehensive risk assessment is thoroughly completed, we take the time to provide detailed feedback to your management and HR teams regarding the results, along with thoughtful recommendations for meaningful changes that could enhance your workplace environment.

Should you decide to go ahead with adding the invaluable EAP add-on program, your employees will benefit from receiving a thoughtfully crafted weekly email.
This email will provide them with evidence-based mental health tips, specifically designed to equip them with essential skills to effectively manage their own mental health and well-being.

Our courses on mental health, soft skills, leadership and cross-cultural competence are tailored for the modern Australian workplace, where hybrid environments and multicultural teams are the norm.
Staff will receive invaluable access to an extensive range of on-demand online trainings, available for either 6 or 12 months depending on the plan you choose, with the option for renewal, in these essential areas:

- Cross-Cultural CompetenceThis approach is designed to support their self-development and personal growth in a flexible and convenient format, allowing them to learn at their own pace and according to their individual schedules

Employees will have access to a comprehensive mental health triage system that clearly outlines the various stages of mental ill-health, along with valuable guidance on when to seek social support or professional help.
Additionally, this system includes detailed steps to take in a mental health emergency, ensuring that employees feel prepared and supported.
By providing practical tips for preventing the progression of mental health issues, this resource empowers employees with the knowledge and control necessary to manage their own well-being effectively and confidently in their day-to-day lives.

A trained and experienced psychotherapist will meet with management and/or HR to review the progress of implemented adjustments, provide consultation on resolving any ongoing issues, and offer targeted training in areas of concern.

If needed, we provide training for management and HR on utilizing resources for employee development and growth.
This includes implementing 360-degree reviews, where team members evaluate each other’s strengths and areas for development.
Management will then adopt a coaching approach to support team members through a personal development plan with SMART goals, enrolling them in relevant training to enhance their skills and build on their existing strengths.
Additionally, managers will receive assessments to identify their own areas of excellence and opportunities for growth, taking the lead in modeling personal growth.

This is an industry pioneering app that helps your employees stay connected with others even when working from home, working remotely, or traveling for work often.

Each office space will be equipped with posters detailing the program, and staff will receive a comprehensive brochure via email outlining what to expect and how the program operates once it begins.
While employees can continue to use their existing EAP services to book Counselling appointments, those who prefer additional support can book appointments with our Psychotherapists at extra cost.
We also offer trauma debriefing services and trauma therapy appointments, available for individual or group sessions as needed.

After 12 months, you can renew the program at a reduced annual rate.
This renewal includes all services except the initial risk assessment and consultation, which will have already been completed.
